How much does it cost to rent your luxury Sprinter in Toronto?

The price depends on your route, how long you need the vehicle, and the occasion, so the best starting point is our rate calculator, which gives you an instant estimate the moment you enter your addresses. Rates for a Toronto city run will look different from a Niagara wine-tour or a multi-stop wedding day, and that is all reflected in the number you see. Once you have a ballpark, send us your date and details and we will put a written quote together.

Is the vehicle in the photos the exact one that shows up?

How far in advance should I book?

For weddings, six to nine months out is a comfortable lead time, particularly for peak spring and fall dates. Prom season and the holiday party window (late November through New Year’s) fill the fastest, often before families and companies expect. The short answer: as soon as your date is confirmed, lock it in. Send us your event date and we will check availability right away.

What is included, and are there any hidden fees?

How many guests can the Sprinters hold?

Each Sprinter is fitted with lounge seating for up to 10 guests. We operate two vehicles, so for larger groups or back-to-back runs on the same evening, it is worth asking us about coordinating both. Head to our fleet page for interior photos and seating details.

Is there a bar on board, and can we bring our own drinks?

Yes, each Sprinter has two built-in bars. You are welcome to bring your own drinks and stock them yourselves; everything is set up and arranged in keeping with Ontario liquor law. If your group includes minors (a prom night, for example) we are happy to keep things non-alcoholic and can note that in your booking. Do you serve Niagara and out-of-town trips?

We cover Toronto, the full GTA, Niagara, and point-to-point runs out to roughly 600 km for the right occasion. Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, fully. RLV Limo operates with all required commercial licensing and insurance for passenger transportation in Ontario. What happens if my flight is delayed?

How early should we book our wedding limo?

Peak spring and fall wedding dates in the GTA fill six to nine months out, sometimes sooner for popular Saturdays. If your ceremony date is confirmed, that is the right moment to reach out, even if other details are still coming together. We will hold the date and sort the finer points as you get closer. Can you do a red carpet arrival and champagne on board?

A red carpet rollout at your venue is absolutely something we can arrange; let us know the address and timing when you book and we will coordinate the details. Which airports do you serve?

We serve Toronto Pearson International (YYZ) and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ) as the most common runs, and we can accommodate other regional airports and cross-border routes on request. Is there enough room for a group travelling with luggage?

Yes. The Sprinter’s cargo area is designed for group travel with real luggage, not just carry-ons. Can the party keep going while we wait at the curb or between stops?
